03 — Planning Large Office

Offices exceeding two thousand square metres quoted individually; recent comparable project for three thousand eight hundred square metres totalled sixty-four thousand two hundred euros excluding acoustic modelling and post-occupancy evaluation add-ons purchased separately. Phased delivery available matching construction programme milestones spreading fees across project timeline easing cash flow for clients.

04 — Optional Add-ons

Acoustic modelling report six thousand eight hundred euros. Post-occupancy evaluation with Leesman module four thousand two hundred euros. Change management communication pack four thousand eight hundred euros. Construction administration fortnightly site visits nine hundred eighty euros per visit plus travel. 05 — Payment Terms
