02 — Professional Services

Workplace planning and interior specification consultancy only. Recorastro does not perform construction, furniture sales, facility management operations, or software-as-a-service product delivery. Professional indemnity insurance two million five hundred thousand euros through Lloyd's syndicate broker covering planning advice negligence claims subject to policy terms.

03 — Liability Limitations

Planning recommendations depend on client-provided information accuracy and contractor execution quality outside our control during construction phases. We accept no liability for cost overruns in furniture procurement by third-party dealers following our open specifications unless specification errors directly attributable to Recorastro are proven.

04 — Dispute Resolution

Dutch law governs all contracts. Rotterdam District Court holds jurisdiction for commercial disputes unless mandatory consumer protection provisions specify alternative forum. EU ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr though we are not obliged to participate in arbitration proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.

Website content and planning methodologies remain Recorastro intellectual property protected under Dutch copyright law. Portfolio case studies published with client permission; anonymisation applied where confidentiality agreements require organisational identity protection preventing competitive intelligence gathering from published project descriptions.
